Take a peek inside of an Italian home and see how Christmas Eve and Christmas Day may be celebrated. This is truly an Italian Feast!

An Antipasto Tray of Luncheon Meats, Cheeses and Pickled Vegetables with Bread will be available while Sandra is demonstrating various other foods. ~ Enjoyed all day long Christmas day as this is put out early around 11:00 am and offered to family and friends as a bite whenever they want until dinner is served in the evening.

- Cocktail ~ Aperitivo Negroni Sbagliato ~ a bitter sweet cocktail of Campari bitters, Spumante and Vermouth Rosso with a Slice of Orange

- Seafood Appetizers: A few traditional Christmas eve appetizers/pre meal bites: Calamari Fritti con Limone ~ Fried Calamari, Gamberi in Padella ~ Sauteed Shrimp with Garlic, Crushed Red Pepper Butter, White Wine and Oil, Cozze con Zafferano ~ Steamed Mussels with Butter, White Wine and Saffron

- Primi Piatti: ~ First Course ~ Traditional Dishes from Christmas Eve and Christmas Day: Linguini al Astice ~ Linguini with Lobster, Cannelloni con Bechemela ~ meat stuffed rolled homemade pasta with a tomato sauce and oven baked then topped with creamy bechemel
