An Evening with Hammerheads Executive Chef Shayne Griley
Shayne is one of Cooking @ Millie's favorites because of the creative flavors he always brings to his menus. So of course, this menu didn’t disappoint because as usual with Shayne we had to make calls to ensure we could source ingredients for this menu before posting it. We guess this is why his classes always sell out so fast.
