Amplify Songs of Justice - Official Kickoff to Louisville's Juneteenth Jubilee

Join us for the official kickoff to Louisville’s Juneteenth Jubilee Celebration! Voices from local community, college, and church choirs will join together in concert of spirituals and civil rights songs. Original civil rights songs commissioned by Kentucky Opera from composer Jorell Williams, with lyrics by Paula McCraney will have their premiere.

Additional pre-performance activities and community partners will be announced closer to the event.
