July's After Hours at the Speed event is presented in partnership with Gonzofest Louisville to celebrate the opening of "Gonzo! An Illustrated Guide to Hunter S. Thompson."

July’s exciting events include:

5 – 9 pm: Frazier History Museum presents “Gonzo” style cartoons with Bellarmine University professor Dr. Eric Roorda (Atrium)

7 pm: 89.3 WFPL News Louisville President Stephen George in Conversation with Juan Thompson (son of Hunter S. Thompson) and authors Tim Denevi and Ron Whitehead (Grand Hall)

7:30 pm: The Speed is Decadent and Depraved Tour, exploring the permanent collection (Meet in Sculpture Court)

8:30 – 10 pm: Brooks Ritter Music performs,featuring some of Hunter S. Thompson’s favorite songs from the 1960s and 70s (Cinema Lobby)
