In this episode Stacey and Jessica make Transparent Pie and Kentucky Coffees
- 2 c sugar
- 3/4 c butter
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp flour
- 1/2 c cream
Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs, flour and cream. Pour mixture into pie shell. Bake for 45 minutes or until set at 350.
- 1 tsp Brown sugar
- 8 oz. Freshly brewed hot coffee
- 1.5 ounces Bourbon
- 1/3 cup Heavy whipping cream
Depending on how sweet or strong you want your coffee you can alter the measurements to taste. Add brown sugar to a cup of hot coffee. Add bourbon. Lightly whip the cream with a whisk. Pour cream over the backside of a spoon that’s resting against the inner edge of the coffee mug to layer the cream on top of the coffee.
