Day One

  • KentuckyShow!: Experience the people, sights, and sounds of the Commonwealth woven together in a high-definition production that will excite your senses and steal your heart. This breathtaking 32-minute multimedia show explores the ways Kentucky’s past, present and choices for the future converge to create an utterly unique and powerfully engaging place.
  • Dracula at Actors Theatre: Enjoy an irresistible performance of Bram Stoker’s Dracula at Actors Theatre, a Louisville Halloween tradition. Actors is known as one of the leading theatres in the United States and is the winner of the prestigious Tony Award.
  • Overnight at Louisville accommodation of choice

Day Two

  • Backstretch Breakfast Tour at Churchill Downs: Start your day by experiencing the exclusive atmosphere of a morning at the track. Catch a glimpse of the magical process of training world-class thoroughbreds during the early morning workout. Includes Churchill Downs Backstretch Breakfast.
  • Kentucky Derby Museum: Experience Derby Day from the starting gate to the finish line. The Kentucky Derby Museum brings the pageantry and excitement of the Kentucky Derby to life. Feel the excitement of the crowds and hear the thunder of the hooves with a presentation of The Greatest Race.
  • (Pay one price per person for Churchill Downs and the Kentucky Derby Museum.)
  • Dinner aboard the historic Belle of Louisville: Enjoy a scrumptious lunch aboard a treasured National Historic Landmark. At over 90 years old, the Belle is the oldest operating steamboat in the nation.
  • Afternoon and evening fall-themed activities dinner at Huber’s Family Farm & Restaurant: Spend the afternoon in the country air at Huber’s. Pick your own pumpkin on a guided tractor-wagon ride, and enjoy the best of the vine during a wine tasting at the working winery. For dinner, enjoy food made from scratch at Joe Huber’s Family Restaurant, using ingredients straight from the farm.

Day Three

  • Louisville Slugger Museum or Muhammad Ali Center: Take your pick between two Louisville originals. Tour the world-famous bat factory at the Louisville Slugger Museum & Factory, or find the greatness within at the Muhammad Ali Center.
  • Schimpff’s Confectionery and Candy Shoppe: Schimpff’s is a sweet visit to the past. See fine handmade candies produced during a candymaking demonstration using turn-of-the century equipment. Free admission.
  • Boxed Lunch and Dracula Interpretation at Frazier History Museum: A walk through the Frazier Museum is a journey through time and across continents! History comes to life through ever-changing and interactive temporary exhibits, as well as fascinating and one-of-a-kind permanent galleries, the only place in the world outside Great Britain to permanently display Royal Armouries artifacts. When booked in advance you may request a live performance by the museum’s historical interpreters, such as the Legend of Sleepy Hollow, the real story of “Count Dracula,” or a sword fighting demonstration!  
  • Old Louisville Ghost Tours: Brace yourself for a tour of one of the nation’s largest historic preservation districts as you journey through haunted streets and scenic alleyways. Hear tales of an elegant past and eerie tales of spirits that refuse to vacate their turn-of-the-century mansions.
  • Evening performance and dinner at Derby Dinner Playhouse: Start your evening with Derby Dinner Playhouse’s savory dinner buffet, including a salad bar and a delectable array of Southern-style selections. Enjoy a little pre-show entertainment with your musical hosts and hostesses, the Footnotes. Then just sit back, relax and enjoy the show as Derby Dinner Playhouse puts on a professional Broadway-style production filled with laughter, mystery, music and dance!

Day Four

  • Breakfast at Lynn’s Paradise Café: Start your day off right at one of the most fun restaurants in America! Lynn’s is always warm and welcoming with an eclectic menu and motif to match!
