Day One
Afternoon arrival in Louisville
- KentuckyShow!: Experience the people, sights, and sounds of the Commonwealth woven together in a high-definition production that will excite your senses and steal your heart. This breathtaking 32-minute multimedia show explores the ways Kentucky’s past, present and choices for the future converge to create an utterly unique and powerfully engaging place.
- Reindeer Gamesat the Kentucky Derby Museum: Located at Gate 1 of Churchill Downs, the Museum offers two floors of exciting exhibits that give visitors an in-depth look into thoroughbred racing and the Kentucky Derby, the first jewel in racing’s Triple Crown. During the holiday season, guests get to cheer on their reindeer at the Reindeer Games activity. While here, also take in many great traditions and see the temporary exhibit Secretariat: Big Red’s Journey to the Silver Screen.
- Lights Under Louisville at the Louisville Mega Cavern: The Mega Cavern transforms into an underground holiday light spectacular for the Christmas season. Enjoy a festive 30-40 minute ride through part of 17 miles of underground passageways featuring over 500 lit characters with over 2,000,000 points of light. It’s the only underground light show of its kind on the planet.
- Derby Dinner Playhouse: Sit back, relax, and enjoy dinner and a show as Derby Dinner Playhouse puts on a professional Broadway-style production of comedy, music, or mystery with a delicious Southern dinner buffet. Christmas productions at Derby Dinner are always uplifting, with great holiday tunes that will sure to have your toes tapping. A holiday must!

Day Two

- Louisville Slugger Museum & Factory: Tour the world famous bat factory. Admire the world’s largest baseball bat before going inside to see how Louisville Sluggers are made. Have an all-star experience by swinging a bat just like Babe Ruth, facing down a 90 mph fastball, and sharing a dugout with Mickey Mantle. During the holiday season, experience the Merry Christmas, Charlie Brown! exhibit, which pays tribute to the 1965 classic television special, A Charlie Brown Christmas.
- Holidays around the World at the Frazier History Museum: This visually-stunning, multi-cultural tree display celebrates holiday traditions found throughout Louisville's diverse communities. It ranges from trees decorated as they would be in countries that observe Christmas to cultural displays showcasing other holidays observed around the globe throughout the year. The Frazier also features artifacts from over 1000 years of world history, live historical performances, and the only collection from the British Royal Armouries in the U.S.
- Dinner at The Bristol Downtown: The scrumptious full dinner buffet features house salad with homemade dressings, Theresa’s Sweet Chili Linguine, mixed vegetables, garlic potatoes and the Louisville Original Hot Brown. Eggnog bread pudding and Derby Pie are on tap for dessert. Coffee, tea and soft drinks included.
- Enjoy a holiday classic at Actors Theatre of Louisville: Join Scrooge, Tiny Tim and the Spirits of Christmas for A Christmas Carol,with beautiful staging and classic holiday songs. If your group leans more towards the young at heart, then they will love A Christmas Story. In this Christmas adventure, follow Ralphie as he yearns for a Red Ryder BB gun and follow his experiences growing up in a Midwest town.

Day Three
- Mansions and Milestones Tourin Historic Old Louisville: Wonderful architecture and fascinating history await participants on this narrated holiday tour through America’s grandest Victorian neighborhood. Old Louisville boasts some 45 square blocks of charming homes and splendid mansions.
- Colors of the SeasonMatinee and Lunch: Filled with song, dance and laughter, Colors of the Season is a completely original dinner show production, unique to KaLightoscope Christmas. Opening in the living room of a couple awaiting the holidays, the setting soon transforms into a magical world of lights and color as the cast presents a joyous revue of favorite songs.
- KaLightoscope: The key attraction of KaLightoscope Christmas, KaLightoscope is a landscape of larger-than-life, lighted holiday sculptures inspired by ancient Chinese art. Made of sheer, painted fabrics, each towering sculpture is enhanced by light, color and an imaginative setting. Some even reach 24 feet high! Santa’s Midnight Flight over the World, Toyland and the breathtaking Nativity are just some of the twelve areas designed to awe and delight. Holiday music, aromas and little surprises make it an unforgettable experience for anybody. And it's all inside a temperature-controlled, 16,000 square foot pavilion.

Day Four
- Breakfast at Lynn’s Paradise Café: Wake up with breakfast at one of the most fun restaurants in the country. This funky eatery offers the tastiest down home cooking, the wackiest decor, and genuine Southern hospitality. At the World of Swirl shop inside the restaurant, get in some unique last-minute Christmas shopping.
