Day One

  • Dinner cruise onboard the historic Belle of Louisville – Enjoy a scrumptious dinner on a treasured National Historic Landmark. The Belle is over 90 years old and is the oldest operating steamboat in the nation.
  • Overnight at Louisville accommodation of choice

Day Two

  • Churchill Downs Backstretch Breakfast Tour – Start your day by experiencing the exclusive atmosphere of a morning at the track with a preview of the magical process of training worldclass Thoroughbreds during the early morning workout.
  • Kentucky Derby Museum – Experience Derby Day from the starting gate to the finish line. The Kentucky Derby Museum brings the pageantry and excitement of the Kentucky Derby to life. Feel the excitement of the crowds and hear the thunder of the hoofs with a 360º presentation – “The Greatest Race.”
  • Schedule a “create your own Derby Hat” workshop for your guests for an additional fee
  • Louisville Slugger Museum & Factory – Tour the world-famous bat factory. Admire the world’s largest baseball bat before going inside to see how Louisville Sluggers are made. Have an all-star experience by swinging a bat just like Babe Ruth’s, facing down a 90 mph fastball and sharing a dugout with Mickey Mantle.

  • Lunch and Tour of Kentucky Horse Park – The only park of its kind in the world, the Horse Park in Lexington is a working horse farm and educational theme park dedicated to man’s relationship with the horse. Day Three

  • Breakfast at Lynn’s Paradise Café – Start the day off right at one of the four “most fun restaurants” in America, according to Esquire magazine!! Lynn’s is always warm and welcoming with an eclectic menu and motif to match! 
  • Mansions and Milestones Tour in Historic Old Louisville – Wonderful architecture and fascinating history await participants on this narrated tour through America’s grandest Victorian neighborhood. Old Louisville boasts some 45 square blocks of charming homes and splendid mansions.

  • Lunch Onboard the Kentucky Dinner Train – Relive the golden days of railroad dining, a time when life was slower and travel was by rail. Enjoy fine cuisine and gracious service on the 1940’s vintage dining cars.
  • Tour My Old Kentucky Home – Built in 1812, Federal Hill was the inspiration for Stephen Foster’s ballad My Old Kentucky Home – the Kentucky State Song.
  • Tour and Tasting at Heaven Hill Bourbon Heritage Center – Enjoy the “Portrait of Heaven Hill” movie, visit a working rickhouse and learn about the romance and lore of Bourbon. Bourbon hosts will lead you on a guided tasting in the barrelshaped tasting room and create a personalized bottle as a keepsake.

  • Derby Dinner Playhouse – Sit back, relax and enjoy dinner and a show as Derby Dinner Playhouse puts on a professional Broadwaystyle production of comedy, music or mystery with a delicious southern buffet-style dinner.
