  • Churchill Downs Backstretch Breakfast Tour – Start your day by experiencing the exclusive atmosphere of a morning at the track with a preview of the magical process of training worldclass Thoroughbreds during the early morning workout.
  • Museum Kentucky Derby Museum – Experience Derby Day from the starting gate to the finish line. The Kentucky Derby Museum brings the pageantry and excitement of the Kentucky Derby to life. Feel the excitement of the crowds and hear the thunder of the hoofs with a presentation of “The Greatest Race.”
  • Louisville Slugger Museum & Factory – Tour the world-famous bat factory. Admire the world’s largest baseball bat before going inside to see how Louisville Sluggers are made. Have an allstar experience by swinging a bat just like Babe Ruth’s, facing down a 90-mph fastball and sharing a dugout with Mickey Mantle.
  • Frazier International History Museum – Take an unforgettable journey through history that spans 1,000 years and two continents. The Frazier features a collection of arms and armor of famous politicians, celebrities, frontiersmen, soldiers, knights and kings.

  • Lunch on your own at Fourth Street Live! – Louisville’s premier dining and entertainment district features a mix of 13 leading national and regional restaurants.
  • Glassworks – Enjoy the country’s first complete center dedicated to the art of glass. Watch glassblowers, flameworkers, cutters and designers create magnificent pieces of art in an open-air atmosphere.
  • The Muhammad Ali Center – The Center serves as an international educational center that inspires us to find the “Greatness Within” while preserving the legacy of Louisville’s most famous native son Muhammad Ali.

E V E N I N G

  • Dinner at Claudia Sanders Dinner House – Named for Col. Sanders’ wife, specialties include fried chicken, country ham and eight famous vegetables. Located at the former home and headquarters of Claudia and Col. Harland Sanders. True Kentucky cooking.

Day Three

  • Hunka Hunka Burning Breakfast at Hard Rock Cafe – Celebrate Rock-n-Roll with a breakfast fit for the KING including an all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet, a personalized Elvis memorabilia tour and a group Elvis trivia game.
  • Louisville Stoneware – Discover the history of pottery and paint your own piece of art. Louisville Stoneware is a tradition that has been preserved since 1879 and is one of the United States’ oldest producers of handmade and hand-painted stoneware.
  • The American Printing House for the Blind – Founded in 1858, visitors can see first-hand how Braille inventions have progressed with the publication of recorded books and special demonstrations such as the history of talking books. Free Admission

  • Lunch at Lynn’s Paradise Cafe – Take a break with lunch at one of the four most fun restaurants in America, according to Esquire magazine!! Lynn’s is always warm and welcoming with an eclectic menu and motif to match!
  • St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church – Established in 1853 and designed in the Gothic Revival architectural style, the church is replete with ornate frescos and statuaries. Free Admission
  • Old Louisville – Take a step back in time in one of the nation’s largest historic preservation districts and the largest neighborhood of Victorian homes in the United States. These grand Victorian mansions reflect an architectural style of centuries past ranging from the Renaissance Revival, Queen Anne and Chateauesque.

  • Derby Dinner Playhouse – Sit back, relax and enjoy dinner and a show as Derby Dinner Playhouse puts on a professional Broadwaystyle production of comedy, music or mystery with a delicious Southern buffet-style dinner.

  • Jim Beam’s American Outpost – Visit the world’s largest bourbon distiller. Learn all about Jim Beam Bourbon and Beam family heritage at the American Outpost.
