- 7:30 – 9:45 a.m. Breakfast and Backside Tour of Churchill Downs The Kentucky Derby Museum will provide you the opportunity to see ‘other side’ of Churchill Downs and to see racehorses in their environment. See the horses in training, catch them during a bath, and learn about life at the track. You will then be treated to a southern style breakfast in the track kitchen while you watch more of the magical process of the Thoroughbred's morning training workouts.
