Get in the Game with Louisville Basketball

Louisville Basketball has a new home. The KFC Yum! Center, a new multi-purpose arena located in downtown Louisville, is now home to the University of Louisville Basketball programs.

With nearly 30 Conference Titles shared between the Men’s and Women’s Basketball Programs, the University of Louisville Cardinals have earned a reputation as a national power in NCAA Basketball.

To get an idea of the future of the sport, look no further than the Derby Festival Basketball Classic. Held in late April during the Derby Festival, the Basketball Classic showcases some of the top scholastic basketball players in the nation right here in downtown Louisville.

In the words of tournament recruiting chair Dan Owens, “The Derby Festival Basketball Classic has for years been a great place to see stars in the making. These young men represent the best talent in the country and the Classic is a unique opportunity to see the players while they're still in high school.”
