Network Nights are a fabulous opportunity to network with industry peers and potential customers. In this wonderful setting, you are able to relax and reconnect with industry colleagues and acquaintances, as well as establish some new business relationships. The audience encompasses CVB staff, Visitor Information Specialists, meeting planners, hospitality/service companies, attractions, restaurant owners becoming acquainted with other Louisvillians interested in marketing our great city. It is a unique experience in networking, fun entertainment, and delightful time for all. Complementary appetizers will be served and drink specials will be featured.

Business After Hours
This popular trade show and networking event is held twice a year in the spring and summer. Business organizations are given the chance to exhibit and network with more than 400 business professionals and local meeting planners. Partner Orientation & Refresher
This fast moving (and fun) training session provides an opportunity to meet Bureau staff and understand the overall purpose of the Bureau departments. A review of upcoming events, as well as gaining a sense of how we use our members to sell Louisville, is the goal. Held every other month on the second Wednesday, 10:00 AM - 11 :00 AM in the Bureau’s Boardroom. There is no charge to attend and parking is complimentary.

It's your time to shine! This bi-monthly fast & fun program allows partners the chance to educate Bureau staff on their products & services that are available through a 5 minute presentation in our board room. Marketing Roll-Out
All partners are encouraged to attend the annual marketing roll-out, held every August. Bureau President & CEO Jim Wood walks through the Bureau’s new marketing plan, and provides in-depth information about its sales efforts for both conventions and leisure travelers. Two educational seminars are also offered. The event is free, but reservations are required.

Open Houses are a great opportunity for Partners to showcase their company to the hospitality industry and the general public.   If you would like the LCVB help promote your open house, please e-mail partner@gotolouisville.com, and provide us with the details of your event.
