The Mission of Hospitality Louisville is to design and implement a long-term, sustainable process to create a guest service culture within the hospitality-related businesses serving visitors of Kentuckiana.

To create a "Guest Service Culture" all across Kentuckiana that will provide exceptional guest experiences for every visitor of our community.
 
Goals:
 

1. Identify the specific training needs of area hospitality-related businesses.
2. Design and implement a Certified Hospitality Professional program for employees of these businesses.
3. Design and implement a series of learning systems that enable hospitality workers to achieve the Certified Hospitality Professional designation.
4. Develop an infrastructure that will sustain Hospitality Louisville and continue to refine it for the long-term future.
