2010 Family Reunion Workshop Series

EVENT:  Louisville Convention & Visitors Bureau quarterly “From Our Family to Yours” family reunion workshop series.

WHAT:  Family reunions are a time to celebrate, reminisce and enjoy spending time with one another, but a lot of time and details go into planning a successful reunion. Reunion organizers typically start planning at least one to two years ahead.

The Louisville CVB offers a free quarterly family reunion workshop series as a 101-style seminar. The workshop includes a “How to Plan a Family Reunion” presentation by the CVB’s Family Reunion Service Specialists and a “meet and greet” with hospitality industry partners who specialize in family reunions.

The CVB’s new Family Reunion Planning Kit entitled, A “How to” Planning Guide for Family Reunions & Gatherings in Louisville will be distributed (one per family) or you can view the electronic version below.

ADMISSION:  Admission is free to anyone who is planning a family reunion in Louisville, but seating is limited to two guests per reunion. Reservations are required; contact Keri Willard at kwillard@gotolouisville.com or 502-560-1487.
