Name Badges
Another service provided by the Bureau is the preparation of name badges. We offer this to all groups convening in Louisville. The badges are prepared on laser printer and are 3"x4" in size prior to your meeting. To utilize this service please contact the convention service department at least three months prior to your convention to confirm all details. On-site badge preparation is available for small meetings.

On-Site City Concierge
The Louisville Convention & Visitors Bureau offers a complimentary city concierge to city-wide conventions. The on-site concierge provides restaurant recommendations and reservations, city maps, brochures and a thorough knowledge of what Louisville has to offer.   This on-site concierge service can also be provided to smaller groups for a minimal cost.
