The Louisville Convention & Visitors Bureau is currently seeking nominations for outstanding front-line employees for our Annual luncheon and R.O.S.E. (Recognition of Service Excellence) Awards.

The deadline for a nomination submission is Thursday, September 29th at midnight.

A candidate can be nominated by both the general public and/or a supervisor. Only one nomination is required for a candidate to become part of the voting process. To take part in the nomination process, complete the online R.O.S.E. Awards nomination form below. Please make sure to complete all of the appropriate fields before submission.

All nominations should include a description highlighting why your nominee is an ideal candidate for a R.O.S.E. Award. Please refer to the nomination rules below to make sure your candidate can in fact be nominated. All nominations are reviewed and submitted for approval and acceptance by the Louisville Convention & Visitors Bureau. Once approved, nominees move onto the voting process.

All R.O.S.E. Award Nominees will Receive:

• Certificate from Mayor Greg Fisher and LCVB President Jim Wood
• Special ROSE honoree pin, Louisville shirt and additional special gifts
• Welcome reception and photograph opportunities at the Awards ceremony
• Complimentary lunch for the nominee and a guest of their choice
• Commemorative Video about the 2011 ROSE awards to share with friends and family
•  Special recognition on the Bureau website and publications
