The Communications Department of the Louisville Convention & Visitors Bureau is pleased to assist qualified journalists in pursuit of their feature stories and coverage of Louisville. Whether you are a freelance travel or feature writer, or on the staff of a newspaper or television show, the Communications Department can help you plan your visit, including available complimentary arrangements.

Please note that complimentary arrangements are provided at the discretion of the hotel and are subject to availability. Blackout periods may be experienced throughout the year that may necessitate a press rate. Please allow at least four weeks advance notice for requests for itinerary assistance.
